Refund Policy

EverWall Digital Art sells digital products only. No physical item will be shipped.

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds, returns, or exchanges are generally not accepted once the digital files have been delivered or made available for download, except where required by applicable law.

For personalized or custom-made digital artwork, production may begin shortly after your order is placed. Once work on your personalized design has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible, subject to applicable consumer law.

If you experience a problem with your files, receive an incorrect file, or encounter an issue with your order, please contact us. We will always do our best to resolve the issue.
